Eaglemoss runabout xl12/29/2023 They are refusing saying I am past their 30 day policy. I have repeated asked for return shipping labels to return the partially built model from that subscription. I was told by that 3rd party customer service agency that that model was not suspended because lack of kits. I then asked to speed up the progress of another model I was already working onl. They got the box back but did not refund my money. I boxed all items up and waited for a refund. I was promised a full refund upon return of all items I was sent, a return at my expene. I monitored one subscritions progress for 5 months without any updates before giving up. That group had no knowledge as to the future of the fulfillment of backorders. The biggest secret they have is that they use a 3rd party customer service agency. I got only minimally through the 2 models I subscribed to before the company ran out of inventory. Robert Watkins needs to step his game.ΔΆ subscriptions to model building. I'm in this for the long haul but my patience is wearing thin. So what am I supposed to to do? Sit here and twiddle my thumbs until you get the part? Third red flag! I ask that same gentleman if he could email me when the part is available and he said No we don't do that. why did the lady that I spoke to the other day tell me that I asked and the gentleman and he didn't have an answer. no email confirmation so I called again only to be told that a part is on back order. the lady that I spoke to said that it's on tuesday which is today. I also called last friday to see when my next billing date was. part on back order and when I asked when it will be available the gentleman that I spoke to said he couldn't tell me when it will be. A week went by and I finally got the email confirmation. Tuesday comes and go and no email confirmation so I call again only to be told that a part is on back order and they don't know when it will be available. the first time the CSR (customer service representative) said that my order will be sent out next week on tuesday. I started my subscription back in August of 2019 and everything was going okay for for afew months until May of this year when I called in not once but twice to find out when my next order was coming out.
